What shipping methods do you use?
We try our best to use the cheapest method of shipping for our customers. Normally this will mean using flat rate boxes, which is a 2-3 day service for most domestic locations.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept paypal for checks and credit cards. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks.
We also accept COD payments, but please not there will be an extra fee for this option of $5.90 and up.
Soon we plan to add more payment offers, so if there is one you prefer, feel free to contact us.
What types of paint do you use?
We only use acrylic paints. We also use wood finishes and stains including ployurathane. This only applies to our handmade items.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
In most cases we will ship your items to you within 24-48 hours from payment being recieved by us. Custom or personalized items will take longer to be shipped, but we strive to have them shipped with-in 3-7 business days depending on the item.
Do you do custom work or personalization?
Yes we do. We try to note when uploading an item whether or not it can be customized or personalized. Some items that will be added are only available personalized or customized. There is NO additional charge for this service
